Police on Monday took into their custody four persons accused – Saravanakumar, Amudhavel, Rajamani and Ramaraj – in the murder of a murder accused near the court complex here last month.
Judicial Magistrate Court II Magistrate C.B. Vedagiri permitted the police to take them under their custody for a day. A five-member gang brutally murdered R. Sesu Raj (33) of Murugabavanam, second accused in Ram Kumar alias Ramki of Murugabavanam murder case, when he came out the court last month.
Four persons were arrested in this connection.
