P.K. Mishra, DRM of Southern Railway

Pradeep Kumar Mishra has assumed office as Divisional Railway Manager, Southern Railway, Chennai.

An officer of the 1980 batch of the Indian Railway Engineering Service (IRSE) and M.Tech. from IIT-Madras, Mr. Mishra was Chief Engineer, Construction, and had held the posts of Chief Planning and Design Engineer and Chief Track Engineer of Southern Railway.

He had undergone training in Sweden and other European countries for concrete sleeper layouts and was deputed for the construction of bridges across the Brahmaputra, Ganges and Cauvery.
