After posting a sensational win against incumbent Sarath Kumar and team, actors Nasser, Vishal, Karthi, Ponvannan, Karunaas and other elected members will participate in their first executive committee meeting in the Nadigar Sangam on Sunday.
“I can’t talk of what will be discussed. But, since most members have little or no experience, they have been asked to do their homework,” said actor Nasser, president of Nadigar Sangam.
When asked if it will be possible for the Sangam to stay away from politics, Nasser said things would be different this time. He disagreed to the notion that the hotly conducted election has driven a wedge into the Nadigar Sangam.
