Speaking to the media here on Saturday to mark the four years of the government, he pointed out that 18,000 villages were electrified in the past four years, achieving 100% electrification of all villages.
He highlighted that the government had provided 93 lakh houses under different free and affordable housing schemes.
Mr. Radhakrishnan added that the Swachh Bharat Mission campaign of the Union government had brought considerable change in the cleanliness and hygiene of the country.

Ambitious plans

Dr. Soundararajan said that Virudhunagar and Ramanathapuram were being supervised by Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman after being selected among 128 "aspirational" districts.
‘Poor governance’

Addressing mediapersons at the party office in Chennai, TNCC president Su. Thirunavukkarasar said the Modi government had not carried out any promise on which it was elected.
History would record it as a period when India saw poor governance, the TNCC president said.
