The District Legal Services Authority on Thursday organised a legal awareness camp for the benefit of the transgenders here. V. Ravichandran, Sub-Judge and secretary, District Legal Services Authority, explained the various Acts favouring the transgenders and promised to take action on their grievances if they presented petition on the same.
He said that on no account the transgenders should be denied their rightful rights.
