The Tamil Nadu government on Monday appointed senior IAS Officer S. Krishnan as Finance Secretary, a post earlier held by Chief Secretary K. Shanmugam.
Rajesh Lakhoni, Member Secretary of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA), will hold full additional charge of the Housing Secretary post, earlier held by Mr. Krishnan.
