The Madras High Court on Thursday directed the government to submit its reply on a petition filed by VCK chief Thirumavalavan who sought permission to participate in the funeral of E. Ilavarasan in Dharmapuri.
After hearing the petitioner’s counsel, the Bench directed the State Public Prosecutor to file his reply on Friday.
