Government exhibition fetches over Rs. 32 lakh revenue

A total of 2,30,084 people visited the government exhibition at Bose Maidan fetching revenue of Rs. 32,38,190 in the past 38 days.

The exhibition was thrown open for public on July 25 that has government stalls explaining various schemes being implemented in the district, private stalls selling consumer items and snack items.

The exhibition also features play stations and games for the children.

The 45-day exhibition will be on for another one week and may be extended based on crowd response. An exclusive stall by the Department of Information and Public Relations also drew good response from the public.

On Sunday, a total of 15,201 persons visited the exhibition fetching revenue of Rs. 2,12,280 for the administration.
