Saravanan’s driver used to get milk from Rangasamy every day. On Friday, the driver found Rangasamy’s body outside the house while the body of Ramayee was found inside the house. Both were found dead with their throats silt and multiple injuries in their bodies. Ramayee’s ear was chopped and the ear ring was taken away along with the chain she was wearing.

Also, 15-sovereign gold jewellery kept in the almirah was also missing.

Superintendent of Police S.R. Senthilkumar along with DSP Chandramohan, and Tiruchengode DSP incharge Gajendran inspected the spot. Fingerprint experts and sniffer dog was pressed into service.
