The draft roll of the Socio, Economic and Caste Census was released by the administration recently.
The draft list included Socio, Economic, and Caste Census for rural areas under eight Panchayat Unions, Dharmapuri Municipality and 10 Town Panchayats. The list has been released through the District Revenue Officer for Dharmapuri Municipality, and through the Project Officer, DRDA for Panchayat Unions, and through the Assistant Director, Panchayats for Town Panchayats.
According to the administration, changes, objections, rejoinders, etc regarding the draft list may be submitted to the Panchayat Level Officers at panchayat levels and to the Ward Level Officers from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. up to May 19.
The applications will be decided on by block level officers.
The final list for rural areas will be released on June 12, and for urban areas on June 19. Further details may be ascertained over the administration’s toll-free number 1077.
