DMK women’s wing to stage protest on March 8

The Women’s wing of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) will stage a demonstration in front of the collectorate here on March 8 to press for total prohibition in the State and condemn rise in the price essential commodities. The secretary of the Women’s wing of the party Kanimozhi, MP, will lead the agitation.

A meeting of the office-bearers of the Women’s wing of the Salem Central district unit of the DMK called upon the women cadre of the party to take part in the March 8 agitation in large number.
