Even as Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami arrived in Delhi on Tuesday to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the rival camp led by former Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam has urged him to reveal the agenda of the meeting.

“The nation is eager to know the agenda, and in fact, it is entitled to know it,” tweeted AIADMK MP V. Maitrayen.

Mr. Palanswami’s visit takes place a few days after Mr. Panneerselvam along with senior leaders including Mr. Maitrayen, S. Semmalai and K.P. Munusamy met the Prime Minister.

“Mr. Palaniswami met the Prime Minister only a week ago and submitted a memorandum. What is the new issue he is going to take up with the Prime Minister, or is the issue unrelated to governance? The nation wants to know,” Mr. Maitrayen said.
