The trade union and management of BSNL Tamil Nadu Circle are launching a month-long customer campaign with the grand aim of making the service provider a market leader in mobile telephony.
Addressing a press conference, M. Ashraf Khan, CGM, BSNL TN Circle, said the Customer Delight Month campaign would be rolled out across the State on Friday.
The exercise would address grievances of existing users as well focus on new customer acquisitions.
BSNL executive and non-executive staff would form teams for undertaking house-to-house visits in all districts, said S. Chellappa, convenor of the Joint Action Committee of executive and non-executive trade unions and associations. “This is not just about a month-long intensive. Our commitment to customers will continue beyond the campaign,” he said. A special pre-paid plan that offers full talk value for an estimated 61 lakh users has been launched to coincide with the campaign. IPTV services in Puducherry and Coimbatore are in for aggressive promotion.
