The summer vacation for the Madras High Court is from May 1 to June 5. At the Principal Seat here, Justices V.Dhanapalan, C.S.Karnan and A.Arumugha Swamy will be the vacation judges who will have sittings on May 4, 5, 11 and 12. Justices S.Rajeswaran, C.S.Karnan and K.B.K.Vasuki will sit on May 18, 19, 25 and 26. Justices V.Ramasubramanian, C.S.Karnan and G.M.Akbar Ali will be the vacation judges on June 1 and 2.
The filing dates are May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31.
No application should be presented at the residences of the vacation judges under any circumstance. No lunch motion would be entertained.
