The five constituencies registered 82.76 per cent polling, here on Wednesday. Of the total electorate of 1,32,759, the votes turnout was 1,09,877. Nedungadu recorded 83.37 per cent polling; Thirunallar 85.28 per cent; Neravy-T.R.Pattinam 84.96 per cent; Karaikal North 82.05 per cent; and Karaikal South registered 78.19 per cent. No complaint has been registered.
