Certificates given

Certificates were given to 148 youths here on Saturday, after they completed skill development training courses conducted by Sterlite Copper under the project Tamira Muthukkal. According to a statement, the youths underwent a two-month vocational training course on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), tally (computer course), electrician and sewing machine operation. D Senthil Kannan, Vice Chairman, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Tuticorin Chapter, distributed certificates to the beneficiaries. The trainees shared their experiences on the occasion, the statement added.
