3 women crushed to death by train in Aurangabad

Three women were mowed down by the New Delhi-Gaya Mahabodhi Express when they were crossing the tracks near Baghoi-Kusa Halt in Aurangabad district on Tuesday.

Sonenagar GRP in-charge Sitaram Chowdhury said all the three women were farm labourers. They were identified as Sushma Devi, Pushpa Devi and Runti Devi, he said.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem at Sasaram Sadar hospital. Baghoi-Kusa Halt falls under Mughalsarai-Gaya section of the East Central Railway (ECR).
