Portuguese companies to explore business in India

Representatives of three companies from Portugal scheduled to visit India for a week, to explore business opportunities, will take Goa, erstwhile Portuguese colony, as the gateway to Indian markets.

They will be in Goa from the 15th till the17th September, during which a meeting has been organised by the Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) where they will interact with company representatives.

They will then be in Chennai from September 18 to 20.

The companies visiting include Usinage, which specialises in the development of high quality molds, precision machining of steel and cutting tools; Ecocil, a company involved in the valorization of metallic industrial waste and Natrater, which specialises in the manufacturing and sale of components such as guide pins, bushings, return and ejector pins; for molds using thermoplastic and die casting.
