Manipur Governor Najma Heptulla said on Sunday that the North Eastern Council (NEC) has okayed the resumption of 29 developmental projects in Manipur which were almost abandoned. She had represented Manipur in the NEC meeting held last week . She further said that she was told that the flying doctor ambulance service would be made operational in Manipur soon. .
This will be the first helicopter service in the country which will benefit the neglected people of far off areas.
