A 16-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a youth in Newmandi area here, police said on Sunday.
An FIR has been registered against Manoj Kumar, Ravinder and his wife under relevant sections of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, they said.
According to the complaint, the girl was picked up by Manoj with the help of the other two accused last night. She was later raped by Manoj. Efforts are on to trace the trio, police added.
