Lessons on the life of Mr Narendra Modi may be added to the school curriculum in Madhya Pradesh as the BJP government in the State is considering such a proposal to “inspire” students.

“We have received suggestions from various quarters that a life sketch of Modi ji be taught in schools, to inspire students from an early age,” said School Education Minister Paras Jain on Sunday.

“If implemented, the lessons will be taught from Standard 3 to Standard 6… Like freedom fighters and other leaders of repute, the life of Modi ji too would inspire young minds,” ” Mr. Jain said. During the election campaign, several comics on Mr. Modi’s life were released in the country.
