Former Goa Chief Minister Wilfred De Souza passes away

Former Goa Chief Minister, Wilfred de Souza, passed away at Manipal Goa hospital, this morning, after brief illness. He was 88.

He served as Goa's Chief Minister on three occasions.

Dr. de Souza has been credited with being one of Goa’s most skilled surgeons and held a double FRCS. He leaves behind his wife Grace and two daughters.
