Facing flak from the Opposition over recent expose in media over liberal foreign junkets in recent years by Goa Ministers and legislators, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday said he will ensure that all such extraneous expenditures are curtailed and foreign tours of Ministers, legislators and officials are strictly regulated and controlled.

Mr. Parrikar was on Wednesday speaking to presspersons on the sidelines of  Goa Liberation Day function at Azad Maidan in the city.

He also indicated that the State Cabinet meeting scheduled for Wednesday afternoon would clear State Investment policy.
