Assam’s AIUDF MLA dedicates best legislator award to Pulwama victims

Hafiz Bashir Ahmed Qasimi, the All India United Democratic Front MLA from western Assam’s Bilasipara West constituency, was on Sunday adjudged the best legislator for 2018-19. Soon after receiving the award from Assembly Speaker Hitendra Nath Goswami, Mr. Qasimi dedicated the award, including ₹1 lakh, to the victims of the Pulwama terror attack.
