Tremor rocks Kashmir Valley

A mild intensity earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale with its epicentre in Pakistan was experienced in Kashmir Valley this morning, officials said here.

No damage has been reported from anywhere in the Valley so far, they said.

“The mild intensity tremor with coordinates measuring 36.23 north and 72.17 east was felt at 6.25 AM. The earthquake had its epicentre in Pakistan,” the officials said.
