MP to institute judicial probe into Bhopal gas tragedy

A judicial commission of inquiry will be constituted to go into all aspects of the Bhopal gas tragedy, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced on Wednesday.

The terms of reference of the commission and the name of the retired High Court judge who will head it, will be decided soon, he told reporters here.

The one-man commission will be asked to submit its report within a time frame, Mr. Chouhan said.
