9 UP religious sites to get uninterrupted power

In a bid to promote religious tourism in Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav has announced 24-hour uninterrupted power supply to nine religious sites from March 2015.

The announcement was made by the Chief Minister after he dedicated 200 power sub stations to the people built at a cost of Rs. 1,272 crore.

Mr. Yadav said efforts were on to improve the power supply position in the State.
