3 ATTF insurgents surrender in Tripura

Three insurgents of banned All Tripura Tiger Force (ATTF) have surrendered to the police at Kalyanpur in West Tripura district, police said on Saturday.

The insurgents, identified as Adhima Debbarma (26) Soumendra Debbarma (25) and Bipul Debbarma (26), surrendered at Kalyanpur police station on Friday, but did not deposit any arm or ammunition during the surrender.

According to the police, the trio entered into Indian territory from their base camp at Satchharri in Sylhat district of neighbouring Bangladesh.
