As many as 126 persons have tested positive for swine flu virus in the last fortnight in the city which has recorded the highest number of 40 casualties in the disease in the country, a senior health official said on Saturday.
Nine persons were tested positive on Friday and 243 suspected cases were being given Tamiflu tablets, Additional health director Ashok Mehta said.
Thirteen swine flu patients are currently admitted to ICU of various hospitals and five are kept on ventilation across the city, he said.
