The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has decided to dispense with advance reservation of cottages during the Brahmotsavams here.
While the Salakatla Brahmotsavam is slated for September 18 to 26, the Navarathri Brahmotsavam is scheduled from October 15 to 23.
Though the TTD has decided not to entertain recommendation letters from donors for accommodation during the festival period, it has decided to give importance to the donors coming in person. The TTD has, however, decided to allot 1,000 cottages on a day-to-day basis to those doing e-booking.
