Speaking during the national launch of the Congress’ ‘Save The Constituton’ programme at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi on Monday, party president Rahul Gandhi claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is only interested in being the PM, not about attacks on women or Dalits.
