Waste management unit inaugurated at Cyberpark

Kozhikode Mayor Beena Philip inaugurated a waste management unit at the Sahya Building of the Government Cyberpark here on Tuesday. The automatic food waste processor machine, developed by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, can convert about 100 kg of organic waste a day into compost. Cyberpark general manager Vivek Nair, co-founder & COO of Splendre EyeMag Pvt. Ltd, Anil Balan, and Cyberpark employees attended the inaugural ceremony.
