Vidyarambham at Kunchan memorial

Vidyarambham will be organised by the Department of Culture at the Kunchan Nambiar memorial at Ambalappuzha on the occasion of Vijayadasami. Children will be initiated into the world of letters on soil collected from different places of cultural importance. The programme will start at 8 a.m. on Vijayadasami day.

Writers and academicians, including Vayalar Saratchandra Varma, Ambalappuzha Gopakumar, Nedumudi Harikumar, Venmony Rajagopal, Thankamony, Chandran Purakkad, B. Suresh and Kuttappan, will initiate children into the world of letters.

Certificates with the stamp of the Department of Culture will be issued to children who participate in the programme.
