The timetable for the SSLC examinations has been revised. The examinations scheduled to be held from March 13 to 27 will now conclude on March 28.

The decision was taken in the wake of a Quality Improvement Project (QIP) meeting here on January 23.

A change has been made in the dates for the mathematics and biology examinations. The social science examination was scheduled for March 25 and mathematics the next day. This has given rise to criticism about inadequate time for students to prepare for the mathematics examination.

In the new timetable, the students get one more day to prepare for mathematics. The biology paper will be held on March 28.

March 13- First Language Part 1

March 14 - First Language Part 2

March 18 – Physics

March 19 – Chemistry

March 20 – Second Language English

March 21 – Third Language Hindi/General Knowledge

March 25 – Social Science

March 27 – Mathemtics

March 28 – Biology

All the examinations will begin at 1.45 p.m. This has put to rest the possibility of the SSLC and higher secondary examinations being held together in the morning.
