Freshwater in trains

Contaminated water is being used at the Kannur railway station and to fill the tanks in trains. Water for the Railways was earlier drawn from the abandoned Chettiarkulum. Railway officials should look into the problem.

Demand for more buses

I am among the 20 students of the government school in Koduvayur who take private buses from Kollengode to reach the school. There are only very few buses that ply on the Kollengode-Koduvayur route. At times, these buses do not stop for the students and the bus crew are abusive.

Authorities should increase the number of services on the route and ensure that the bus crew change their attitude.
