Rally marks decade of trauma care

The District Trauma Care celebrated its 10th anniversary here on Monday by organising a bike rally. District Collector K. Biju flagged off the rally.

Trauma Care president Shaju Thomson presided over the function.

General secretary K.P. Pratheesh welcomed the gathering. Regional Transport Officer M.T. Ajit Kumar delivered the road safety message.

Sub-Collector Amit Meena and Joint Regional Transport Officer Sumesh addressed the rally. T.V. Hamza proposed a vote of thanks.

The rally covered the towns of Kondotty, Areekode, Kavanur and Edavanna, and concluded at Nilambur.

Nilambur municipal chairman Aryadan Shoukath inaugurated the valedictory function. Mohammed Salim welcomed the gathering.

Municipal standing committee chairman Mujeeb Devassery, motor vehicle inspector Afsal, and C. Kunhimohammed spoke.
