Pre-paid auto counter to be opened

The district administration here has taken steps to introduce pre-paid autorikshaw service at Thiruvalla railway station.

District Collector S. Harikishore will open the pre-paid autorikshaw counter at the railway station at 10 a.m. on October 20. The fare fixed by the administration from the Thiruvalla railway station to different places are: Kattookkara Althara Junction (1.8 km): Rs.35; Beievers’ Hospital (4.5 km): Rs.80; Bathelpady (4.2 km): Rs.70; Chilanka junction (0.3 km): Rs.20; Cross Junction (1.5 km): Rs.20; Deepa Junction (0.8 km): Rs.20; DYSP’s Office (2.7 km): Rs.40; Government Hospital (2.3 km): Rs. 40; Kacherippady (2.2 km): Rs.40; Kattode (3.5 km): Rs.55; Kattookkara Bridge (2 km): Rs.40; Kavumbhagom (3.8 km): Rs.65; Kuizhakkan Muthoor (2.7 km): Rs.45; Kuttapuzha (1.5 km): Rs.20; Madammukku (2.3 km): Rs.40; Manjady (1.8 km): Rs.30; Mar Thoma College (2 km): Rs.30; Meenthalakkara Temple (2.6 km): Rs.45; Municipality (2.8 km): Rs.50; Muthoor (2.3 km): Rs.40; Muthoot Hospital (2.8 km): Rs.50; Police Station / Revenue Tower (2.5 km): Rs.40; Post Office junction (1.6 km): Rs.25; Private bus stand (1.5 km): Rs.20; Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital (2 km): Rs.35; PWD Guest House (2.3 km): Rs.40; Ramanchira (1.2 km): Rs.20; SCS Junction (1.2 km): Rs.20; Thirumoolapuram (3.8 km): Rs.65; Thukalasserry (3 km): Rs.5; TMM Hospital (1.1 km): Rs.20, Sreevallabha Temple (3.6 km): Rs.60, and YMCA (0.8 km): Rs.20.
