The sister of the nun who has registered a complaint of rape against Bishop of Jalandhar Franco Mulakkal will begin an indefinite hunger strike at High Court Junction here from Monday, expressing solidarity with nuns and others who are protesting against the delay in arresting the bishop.

While the nun’s sister would begin the stir from morning, P. Geetha, a social activist, would launch an indefinite hunger strike from evening, said Fr. Augustine Vattolly, convener of Save Our Sisters Action Council that spearheads the agitation.
