The special team investigating the Nano Excel money chain fraud case on Tuesday filed charge sheet against 62 people, including Harish Babu Maddineni, managing director of the Nano Excel Group, and his wife Meera.
The charge sheet filed at the Thrissur Chief Judicial Magistrate Court named Maddineni as the first accused, and Patrick Thomas, director of the company, as the second accused.
The trial in the case will begin on November 28.
