The time-bound action plan is aimed at increasing tourist arrivals in the upcoming peak season through aggressive marketing campaign within the country and in source markets of Kerala abroad.

Top priority will be given to restore roads that connect the tourist destinations, Minister for Tourism Kadakampally Surendran told a press conference on Wednesday, unveiling the Action Plan.

Kerala will participate in all domestic and international travel trade fairs and marts. Brand promotion will be taken up and digital campaign will be taken up to promote Kerala as safe to travel and stay, and as ready to receive tourists.
