This decision is on the basis of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between association and the college management.

Joint ownership

While the ownership of the ground vests with the college management and a committee jointly formed by Alappuzha District Cricket Association and the college management will govern the day-to-day operation of the ground.

Besides the players’ pavilion, there is a complex for women players and an indoor net practice.

Outside the ground, there are three turf wickets, an astro turf wicket and four concrete wickets for practice. There is a gymnasium and a shuttle badminton court also.
