A software start-up at the Cherthala Infopark, Calsys Communications Private Limited, has developed a software GOGSTONLINE, which, the company claims is a user-friendly Goods and Services Tax (GST) solution for the business community.
Talking to The Hindu , chief executive officer Tojo P.Thomas claimed that GOGSTONLINE could help small, medium, and large business groups as well as traders of all category.
Mr. Thomas said GOGSTONLINE helped in easy GST billing, inventory management, and purchases and expenditure monitoring in any shop.
Even those without basic knowledge of the GST system could use the application that was suited for mobiles, laptops, notebooks or desktops.
He claimed that the GOGSTONLINE billing system gave a comprehensive solution to individual businesses. The software had been developed to address all doubts and requirement of small merchants and large business establishments. It also helped the clients in filing GST returns accurately.
“We have a 14-member team of troubleshooters who work 24X7 to provide online support to our clients. The clients do not have to bother about the changes in the GST system as our team take no time to update the software accordingly,” Mr. Thomas said.
Finance Minister T.M.Thomas Isaac launched GOGSTONLINE at a function at Infopark recently. The Minister was highly appreciative of the new software, he said.
‘One customer, one database’ is another speciality of GOGSTONLINE. “The software works well even in gadgets connected to a low bandwidth network such as 2G,” Mr. Thomas claimed.
He said the company had clients in Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Coimbatore, Kochi, Alappuzha, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
