Front leaders to tour Pathanamthitta

With the Lok Sabha elections round the corner, leaders of the three major political coalitions will be touring Pathanamthitta in February.

Communist Party of India (Marxist) State secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan will tour the district on February 20 and 21. Many senior leaders of the party too will be camping in the district during the period.

The CPI(M) secretary’s vehicle campaign will reach Adoor on February 20 afternoon. Mr. Balakrishnan will address CPI(M) rallies planned at Adoor and Aranmula in the evening.

He will address rallies at Konni, Ranni, and Thiruvalla on February 21.

KPCC president’s tour

A campaign led by Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president Mullappally Ramachandran will be in the district on February 23 and 25.

The KPCC chief will address rallies at Thiruvalla and Ranni on February 23 and at Adoor, Aranmula, and Konni on February 25.

Yogi Adityanath

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is expected to address a BJP meeting followed by a rally in Pathanamthitta on February 12, party sources here said.
