The fitness certificates will be mandatory for vehicles of the education department from next academic year. The school authorities should get slips from the Motor Vehicle Department after the inspection. The vehicle without such slips will not be allowed to conduct services. The step is to ensure safety of students, according to Regional Transport officer.
Whistle Symphony launch
Whistle Symphony, a whistle band formed inthe State, will perform at the regional theatre of the Kerala Sangeeta Nataka Akademi on Thursday. The launching ceremony is dedicated to the patients of palliative care, the organisers said.
