Kadammanitta Ramakrishnan Foundation will be organising the Kadammanitta Ramakrishnan commemoration meet at the Smriti Mandaam at Kadammanitta near here on March 31.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Santha Ramakrishnan, V.K. Purushothaman Pillai and Mr M.R. Gopinath, foundation leaders, said Mr M.A. Baby, former Education Minister, would inaugurate the day- long commemoration meet at a function held to be held at the Smriti Mandapam at 9.30 am on Saturday.
A ‘Kavyarchana’ will be held later at 11 am. Oets, Girish uliyoor, Kanimol, Vazhamuttom Mohan, and Unnikrishnan Poozhikkad, will take part in the Kavyarchana, the organisers said.
Mr Anto Antony, MP, will inaugurate the commemoration meet to be held, later, in the afternoon. Dr B.Iqbal, foundation president, will preside over the function. K.N. Balagopal, MP; K. Sivadasan Nair, Raju Abraham, MLAS; V.N. Murali, Purogamana Kala Sahitya Sanghom State secretary; Cherukunnam Purushothaman, K.S. Ravikumar, Kadammanitta Vasudevan Pillai, K. Haridas, R. Bhadran, T.K.G. Nair, Fr K.T. Mathewkutty, and Santha Ramakrishnan, foundation office-bearers, will also address the meet.
