Wildlife week: Competitions to be held for students

As part of the Wildlife Week observance, the arts competition to be organised for school and college students will be held at the Government Tribal School here on October 2 and 3. Students of the recognised self-aided schools, government-aided schools and those from Higher Secondary level can participate in the competitions.

For students in the lower primary and upper primary level, there will be competition in pencil drawing and water colour painting on environment and wildlife. For High School and college students, the competitions will be held in quiz, essay writing, elocution, pencil drawing and painting on water colour. According to the organisers, those who win in the district-level competitions are eligible to participate in the state-level competition.
