Terror case trial postponed again

The Additional Sessions Court here again adjourned the trial proceedings in the terror investigation case till September 19.

Judge K. Babu on Tuesday posted for September 19 the trial in the case registered by the Joint Investigation Team. This was the fourth time the court adjourned the proceedings against seven of the 23 accused in the case. The seven accused are Muhammad Nainar Ali, V. Firoz, K.M. Muhammad Nawas, P.V. Sabir Bukhari, P.V. Anas, P. Shaneej and C.P. Abdul Hameed. They were not produced before the court.
