Benoy Viswom to confer the ‘Vanamithra’ award on two schools

Benoy Viswom, Minister for Forest, will confer the Vanamithra award instituted jointly by the Forest and Educational department as a part of the ‘Ente Maram Project’, to St. Antony’s Upper Primary school at Kottathara near here at a function in the school Auditorium at 9.a.m.on Thursday.

Various activities have been organised under the auspices of the Nature club. Fr. Robin Vadakkumcherry, Corporate Manager of the Mananthavadi diocese will preside over the function.

Two schools in the State, St. Antony’s Upper Primary School at Kottathara in Wayanad district and Naripatta Upper Primary School at Kallachi in Kozhikode district have been selected for this award.
