A walk-in to regularise a building

January 31, 2017 08:00 am | Updated 08:00 am IST - Thiruvananthapuram:

Even as applicants waited for their turn as per token number at the Town Planning adalat to raise their grievances, Kerala Law Academy Law College director N. Narayanan Nair walked in to meet Local Self-Government Minister K.T. Jaleel to raise his own complaint, unmindful of the token numbers. He wanted a TC number to be issued for a canteen building on the law academy campus. However, the Minister and Mayor V.K. Prasanth were quick to remind him that he will have to wait for his turn. Mr. Nair, choosing not to wait, was soon seen leaving the office. His visit to the adalat to get a building regularised comes at a time when the Trust is facing allegations of misuse of land. ,
