Kashmiri traders assaulted in Lucknow

Kashmiri men selling dry fruits on the roadside in Lucknow were assaulted over their identity on Wednesday, leading to the arrest of one right-wing activist. 

The Kashmiri men were not only beaten with sticks and slapped, they were also subjected to verbal abuses and anti-Kashmiri remarks, as per footage of the incident widely shared on social media.
